The May issue of “N”, the in-flight magazine for Norwegian Airlines, included an interview with Magne which explored his many recent projects.

In December, Magasinet KUNST published a long interview with Magne in connection with ‘Bouquet’ and his 50th birthday.

Markus Lange and Falko Walter have produced a RISO printed magazine for Apparatjik, which is the focus of this exhibition.

Previously included in the Apparatjik iPad Magazine, the 6 page Apparatjik comic book drawn by Mike Perkins was included in the Sidekick supplement of Comic Heroes Magazine.

The second issue of Some Magazine features a number of artists from around the world, a Q&A with Apparatjik and an overview of the Electric workshop which took place in May 2011 in Halle, Germany. The magazine cover is a design by Ed Allen of Aspire Design Studios in London.

There was an extensive portrait of Magne in the Saturday ‘Magasinet’ section of Dagbladet. Promo for the interview said, “An open Magne Furuholmen talks about life after a-ha and his serious illness.”

In connection with a-ha’s UK promotion of ‘Foot of the Mountain’, Magne was featured in Keyboard Player Issue 0340. It is possible to order a digital copy of the article or a physical copy of the entire magazine.

Dagbladet interviewed Magne at BØLGEN & MOI restaurant in Tjuvholmen, where they discussed a-ha’s ninth studio album, art, Magne’s health and more. At the time of the interview, Magne had recently finished desgining various interior elements for the cafe, including the ‘Confusion’ installation.

Magne was ranked #10 in the Elle Magazine Norway’s list of most sexy Norwegian men 2007.

The Norwegian style magazine ‘Hot Rod’ published a lengthy interview with Magne which covered topics from art to music, touring to family life, and much more in between.
