Apparatjik and Audiokolor have collaborated on an installation at the exhibition ‘I wish this was a song’ at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Oslo.

Magne and Håvard Vikhagen were chosen as this year’s artists for the annual Peer Gynt Festival, and had a joint exhibition in Vinstra which opened on August 2.

Magne designed the Code 1 artwork sail for the yacht ‘Aglaia’, which is the worldwide largest artwork on canvas. The yacht was launched in March 2011 and the sail debuted in July 2012.

Magne was chosen as ‘artist of the year’ for the annual Olsokdagene festival in the historic town of Stiklestad. The theme of the festival is ‘across borders’.

Videos recorded at Apparatjik’s largest concert to date. Thousands of people attended their 1:00am show featuring a DJ set, Lowell’s debut performance, Rudolph the Chrome Nosed Reindeer and a collaboration with Moonspoon Salloon.

Announced on April 19, Apparatjik performed at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark, on 5-8 July 2012. They were on the Orange stage at 1:00am on July 5.

Magne wrote a unique piece of music for ‘Desibel’, the largest mobile horn system, which was performed as the opening fanfare for the 2012 Go With The Flø Festival. The music is a ‘collage of sounds’, and includes audio recorded at a local dockyard and a local farm.

Magne performed with British musician Robyn Hitchcock during the Go With The Flø Festival.
